Transformation Tuesday

unnamed (1)Needless to say, I let myself go in college. I was in denial and thought the “Freshman 15” was normal and a part of life. However, I let it get to the “Sophomore 30” before I realized that this is definitely NOT the way I want to live my life.

One thing I’ve learned for sure is that getting in shape is more of an emotional and mental battle than a physical battle. Your strongest muscle & worst enemy is your mind. It is important that you train it well.

Always remember why you started and don’t quit! Quitting just means you are going to have to start over again one day. If you mess up, get right back on track the next day without looking back. Most importantly, learn to love yourself and do this for YOU!
