Feta & Spinach Stuffed Chicken

I wanted to share a yummy, healthy, and an easy 4 ingredient recipe with you! And I have to say, Jerrub doesn’t like Feta cheese or spinach…. and he liked this 🙂
Feta and Spinach Stuffed Chicken
*2 thawed chicken breasts (really you can use however many you want)
*Feta Cheese, crumbled
*Tomato Basil Garlic Mrs. Dash Seasoning 
 (And I know you are probably thinking you don’t want to buy a whole bottle of seasoning for one recipe, but Mrs. Dash is great because it is 0 calorie and no sodium like most seasonings. I use it on other things like turkey burgers and regular chicken when I’m grilling)
Pre-heat the oven to 350. Butterfly your chicken and pound them out so they are nice and thin. Simply stuff your chicken with feta cheese and spinach and close them up. Sprinkle the Tomato Basil Garlic seasoning on top! I lay mine on a baking pan lined with aluminum foil for easy clean up! Throw them in the over for about 40 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink inside.
Sorry I already took a bite out of the chicken before I took the picture!
