I am certainly at this point with my relationship with God now. I am trying day by day to not sit back and wait on things to happen, but be used by God and make things happen. Yes, I am absolutely scared, nervous, and uncomfortable sometimes, but I give it all to Him and you know what…. everything always works out just fine! I ask God everyday to use me to help his will be done. I personally don’t want to go through my day to day routine missing out on anymore that God has planned for me.
That being said, I want to share with you a little bit about the online Bible study experience I just went through. I signed up for it because I knew I would have a busy schedule coming up and I thought it would be nice to be able to do it at my own time and my own convenience. Little did I know I would look forward to getting online for my Bible study/quiet time with God each day. Not going to lie, sometimes quiet time used to be something I would do to just check off my list. It was rushed and not always sincere and some days I would forget to do it at all. But this study changed my whole attitude on that. I couldn’t wait to come home after a busy day at work and go to my porch and just relax with Him and in His word. Not to mention, the women running the Bible study were so encouraging, inspirational, and challenged me each day. So the point of me saying all of this is because there is another one coming up through the same group I did my last one in. It would be selfish for me not to share this opportunity with everyone! Its with Proverbs 31 Ministry. This time it will be on a book called “A Confident Heart.” It starts October 13. I ordered my book off of Amazon but you can also get it through their website. Below is what the book looks like and a link under it is where you can sign up for the study. I encourage you to take a step out of your comfort zone and join! What could it hurt? You will get out of it what you put in it. The best part is that you can do it at whatever time works best for you. If you have any questions feel free to ask! And I would love to hear from those who are actually thinking about or are going to join!!
