Healthy Pizza

Are you trying to eat healthy and all of sudden get a craving for something terrible?? Well if your something terrible is pizza, I have a little alternative that won’t make you feel so bad about your decision to cheat. I found this stuff called flax bread at Walmart.
 
 It is only about 50 calories, 7 carbs, and 5 grams of protein for half of it! I will warn you it is very thin but definitely fixed my craving for pizza. All I did was put pizza sauce, low fat parmesan cheese, turkey pepperonis, and crushed red pepper on it. Put it in the oven on 350 for about 10 minutes and then broiled it for just a couple minutes to make it crunchy! ( I came up with that time and temperature on my own, so you might have to just watch it as you are cooking it.) 
 
And this is only half of a piece of flax bread 🙂
