Just Do It!

Exercise… yea, that word right there might scare some of you right away. If you don’t ever exercise, you need to know that you don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great! Sometimes taking that first step out of bed, or that first step onto the treadmill or into the gym is the hardest part. But I can guarantee you one thing, you will ALWAYS feel better about yourself after. So like Nike says… JUST DO IT!
You don’t get a healthy and better feeling and looking body by staring, making excuses, putting it off till the next day, and you don’t get it by wishing or hoping, and it definitely doesn’t come easy. You get it by getting off of your butt and working for it every day for the rest of your life. And I can promise that you will regret putting it off and eating that “last cookie” but you will NEVER regret exercising that day.
I know people’s number one excuse is “I don’t have time.” And to me, it is the absolute worse excuse.. why? Because you have to make time!!! If you don’t prioritize exercise in your life, you will never have enough time for it. But, once you get used to it, you will realize you can always make time. If you have time to sit on the computer and play on Facebook or Pinterest, or even sit here and read this blog, then you have time to exercise.  Exercising and eating healthy should be a lifestyle…not an obligation. Only YOU are responsible for the quality of your life. Are you taking care of the body God gave you?
One of the greatest discoveries a person makes is to find out that they can do what they were afraid they couldn’t do. But, if you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always gotten. So stop making excuses… and JUST DO IT!!!
